Default Steatorrhea

This is kind of an embarrassing, TMI kind of an issue, but I am concerned. I am experiencing an oily orange discharge when defecating and occasionally when passing gas. Anal leakage is a distressing thing.

I think that it may be caused by the combination of ephedra with fish oil but I am uncertain. I did 3 weeks of the RDL back in February and I did not experience this unpleasantness but I also did not use an ec stack.

This time around I have been on the rdl with an ec stack for three days and the oily feces started on day two.

What I would like to know is whether anyone else has experience with this, whether I should discontinue the ec stack or if the issue will improve, or if it's caused by something else.

Thanks

Thats exactly what I was thinking...and if you are on them, the main effect of these drugs is to inhibit the absorption of fat...so it comes out the other end as described...

Have you eaten any "fat free" potato chips?...

if you do a google search on this search term:

best of craigslist pringles

and follow a link you will find a very NSFW description of what fat-free Pringles did to one unfortunate individual.

Thanks for the replies...I am not eating any potato chips or anything with olestra in it. I am eating tilapia and canned tuna and taking fish oil.

The best of craigslist post about the pringles made my water come out of my nose. Hilarious! It would be even funnier if it didn't hit so close to home...

Anyway I just made it through a squat workout without any...er...problem. I was pretty nervous going in there, lemme tell ya. So I guess I will just continue doing what I am doing and see if my system settles down...

What is the potency of the resveratrol? The high % extracts have caused this type of problem.
