![]() I didn't find the answer I was looking for so I'll go ahead and ask, I like to train my upper body with bodyweight movements (mostly one arm pushups and ring pullups) at home and train lower body with back squats at the gym.
Would it be ok to workout around noon my upper body then lower body around 4 in the same day (weekend)? That would leave around 4-5h of rest between workouts. |
