Post-ERFL /Day 6

Post-refeed weigh in: 107.8lb (+1.8) / 49kg (+0.9)

I expected a higher number. Last time my post refeed weight was 2lbs higher than today's weight, with same refeed macros, so I'm definitely seeing progress. Maybe if I went straight to maintenance I would see a loss even today, but I felt the need to refuel before lifting heavy again.

Starting today I will be eating slightly below assumed "maintenance" to account for any metabolic reduction. Currently my maintenance calories are supposed to be around 1500 calories. I will be counting just calories and protein.

Daily diet will be something like:

1300-1400 calories
80-100g protein
Rest: mainly nuts, pb, veggetables, some fruit

Training: A slight variation of Lyle's GBR
I'll also maintain a daily cardio session for 1 hour at medium intensity

Post-ERFL/Day 7

Weigh in: 106.3(-1.5) lb/48.3kg(-0.7)

Yesterday's macros:

1300 calories, 110g protein
Low fat, carbs 80g

Already almost back to Post-ERFL weight. People are commenting that I look like I've lost a bunch of weight, so I'll take it I lost mostly fat!

However, I felt very cold yesterday all day long so this morning I measured my temperature: 35.7 C (96.3 F).

I didn't expect it to be so low given that prior to ERFL I spent 2 weeks eating at maintenance/above maintenance and barely worked out.
Also my refeed the other day was pretty big for me.

If refeed didn't help I guess I should go hard core maintenace instead of conservative, lol

Will adjust based on daily weigh ins, maybe I'm still losing some fat just like it happened in the study and my weight will stabilize. Fingers crossed

Activity: 1hr LISS

I have to force myself to eat at this point, no appetite whatsoever

Weigh in: 105.8 (-0.5)lb / 48.1kg (-0.2)

So, 1 refeed and 2 days at maintenance and Still losing. I will try to eat more today but bupropion really killed my hunger and appetite.

6days Post-ERFL/Day 10

Weight seems to fluctuate between 106 and 107lb, with some water weight gained, indicating a loss of about 4lbs. My intake is roughly maintenance.

I don't know how I look right now but i feel leaner despite the typical women "problematic" areas, namely thighs, abs. I know it's not stubborn fat, it's just fat lol but I if I diet further down I'm going to look skeletal.

Next goal is lean muscle building before I consider dieting again.

BTW

Im almost a week into maintenance and morning temp keeps dropping instead of increasing, today it was 35.5C (95.9F). Any thoughts?
