![]() Just purchased some more fish oil tablets, i noticed they had different EPA/DHA amounts than the last ones i purchased despite being the same brand, i thought they were the same ones but obliviously not.
Each 1000mg capsule contains Eicosapentanoic Acid (EPA) 330mg Docosaxeanoic Acid (DHA) 220mg So if i take 10 per day, i get 10g total fat and 3.3g of EPA and 2.2g of DHA, Is this ok or do i need more DHA? |

![]() You need 6 caps I think. (220+330)×6=3.3

![]() Ah i see thanks for the clarification, Wasn't sure if it was 3g of each EPA/DHA or 3g Combined.
Combined i need around 6 caps are they are not the highest dose. |
