Keto Fajitas! ...and dessert
Sautee chicken or beef with onion, bell peppers, and taco seasoning. Top with avocado, part-skim shredded mozzarella, salsa, diced tomatoes, black olives and 2 Tbsp non-fat plain greek yogurt (instead of sour cream).
Adjust ingredients to fit your macros. If its a carb day, use whole wheat tortillas or add brown rice!
For dessert, mix 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1 Tbsp almond butter and a few frozen blueberries. I Add Cinnamon and Splenda as well. Just like frozen yogurt but not frozen!
