Welp...nothing like the post holiday bloat to derail a bulking effort.

This time of year is a killer. Back from the holidays. Post vacation. And I just feel sick.

My immediate reaction is to always cleanse and cut. Which is what I'll probably do for at least 1-2 weeks. May just be water retention. If that's the case, "gaintaining" can then continue until March 1. Would give me a good six weeks of adding strength/possibly muscle before I start entering pre summer cut phase.
