![]() I just started my full-diet break yesterday, and I am loving it. My question is that ever since I started I have been going to bed really early and sleeping 10 to 11 hours per night. Is this normal coming out of an 8 week UD2 cycle?

![]() Definitely not normal. If you've been abusing stimulants while dieting and aren't using them now that may have something to do with it.

![]() Ya I was using ECA stack, yohimbe, caffeine, synephrine, and all the other stimulants. Got good results, but I stopped using everything cold turkey.

![]() Can I just say a huge thanks to Lyle for the massive resources of information, you don't know me from Adam but I've consumed a huge amount of your content in the last 5 months. It has been literally transformational.
I am on Day 2 of the Full Diet Break after 154 days straight deficit at around 20%. I had 140lbs to lose at the beginning and the 20% caloric deficit has been pretty easy Or so I thought until yesterday. Why? Well, I got a big boost from eating maintenance yesterday and today which came as a massive surprise. I feel so good I may not want to go back to deficit!! Haha, I will have to but man this feels good! Metabolism roaring along, big energy, drive and positive mental attitude just some of the results. Boy, am I hot too! Two weeks then back into deficit but I suspect I'll be back on the diet break a lot sooner than 154 days! Really appreciate your work |
