Default PSMF to kick start my weight-loss

Hey all,

Stats: 6.4", 27 y/o, 32-35% BF.

Starting weight: 314.4 lbs

Note: Let myself go over the last 7 months (!) going from a passable 270lbs to 320. Had some rough time with business failing and subsequent break up. But everything is back on track and I need to regain a semblance of shape.

According to my activity level I need 1150 calories per day.
20 carbs, 20 fat, the rest is protein.

Training: I am fairly active currently - walking on treadmill for 30 minutes in the mornings and have to walk 2-3 hours per day at work.

Weight training: x3 times a week.

Supplements: standard fat-burner, fish oil (x2), Orange Triad, ZMA, Potassium.

Update:

Got sick pretty bad, the same day as when I started the log.

The good news is that I lost 10 pounds because I ate very little since then.

Current weight is 304.4lbs.

Note: Since I am a little bit sick still - I will not go PSMF, but instead will do a smaller portions + more activity until I feel better.

I will drop the carbs slowly as well.
