Default Article suggestions

Lyle, can you do an article pertaining the physiology of recovery?

I've read this - http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/tra...e-of-rest.html

But it doesn't really explain the mechanics.

Some ideas -
  1. Why we can't recovery
  2. How the CNS gets fried
  3. How nutrition aids in recovery
  4. General guidelines to know when you should deload

Something that would make for an interesting read is maybe debunking the claims of various supplements, which I guess Lyle did start with Alan's article. But, that may be a bad route as all the supplement companies would invade the forum. It was very funny though.

I believe Lyle has basically written the bible when it comes to getting rid of BF from extreme diets--UD 2 and RFL--to the more moderate approach for athletes.

So, what about a recommendation for certain supplements, if any, one should consume while bulking. It might help, since he's probably the only person we can trust on the interwebs.

Let's see: 80 thousand supplements and you want me to debunk them all.

Yeah, that would be productive.

Here's what works better: write about the handful that are actually worth something.

I'd actually be very interested to hear your take on the ones that are worthwhile.

Also, just an aside - how do you decide what to write about? Whatever happens to be on your mind, or do you have a list of subjects you're working through?

Sometimes I ahve something that has been festering for a while, the energy balance equation was a good one

Usually I see what category hasn't had an article yet and come up with something right then and there.
