it has some interesting potential and application although mostly around proper training; it doesn't work for everyone (several have found some major problems going from fasting back to eating in terms of hypoglycemia and energy)

I've played around with it a little bit since my training is almost exclusively afternoon/evening. I can' say it's done much except allowed me to work bunny basket eggs into my daily diet and still come in under my calorie targets

for many, as someone else mentioned, the biggest issue is probably adherence and flexibility. honestly, any other benefits are secondary in my mind

best diet is the one you'll DO in the long-term
