Hello forum:

I plan on starting a PSMF tomarrow but I don't have any potassium vitamins Can I eat 3-4 medium sized bananas per day instead? Thankyou!

are bananas allowed on a PSMF?

of course not

go find some light salt (1/2 sodium, 1/2 potassium) and use it liberally

This side of the pond we have LoSalt (2/3 KCl, 1/3 NaCl). Even better?

Thankyou Lyle! Are you saying that 3-4 medium sized bananas wouldn't have enough potassium in them. What about 5-6 medium sized bananas? I'm on my first day of PSMF (lovin it by the way thanks lyle hehe) and i've already eaten 3 medium sized bananas and I can probably eat 3 or more by the end of the day so let me know how many!
