My split was as follows:

Day 1 Full Body/ Heavy/ Olympic lifts (squat, dead, OH press)
Day 2 off
Day 3 Upper Med-high rep (modified depletion work)
Day 4 Lower Same
Day 5 off
Day 6 Full Body tension (ud2 style, bodybuilding lifts, 8-12 reps)
Day 7 off

Off Days became Hitt days very quickly as I got bored. Low intensity cardio on all 7 days

After 1 week of reintroducing carbs, up 4.5 pounds, leaner than last week. I desparately needed to up calories, but am no where near maintenance, which is why I am a little worried I have already gained almost 5 pounds. I know water, glycogen, blah bla bla.....but i mean we are talking 40 gms of carbs here, and thats only post workout. Anyway BF% is dead on, so I'll shut up now.
