Default Max HR for SFP2.0 during first set ?

For the short intervals, I go all-out for 15-20 seconds and end up with a HR over 200 according to my HR monitor. Is this over-doing it? It's definitely a RPE of 10, and I can only physically do 5 iterations.

Am I perhaps over-exerting? Should I have longer recoveries than 50 seconds and/or just take it a bit easier on the intervals?
