So basing off these estimators, I imagine many of us are nearing the limit, and some people are probably over it.
My calcs say I can expect to top out at only ~10-15lbs more LBM than I have now, which if I look back in my past, I was dang close to that level in my peak strongman competition shape when I was the same BF yet weighed 20lbs more than now.
Or wait, are these estimators based on being fully depleted, and thus losing that water weight that counts as lbm and so on?
Another question on lyle's chart, when someone hits the 4+ year mark, what will happen to them if they keep on a bulking program? Will the excess calories just turn to fat whereas before they used to turn to muscle or will the body keep ramping up to burn them off or ?
