Default chrysalis 1

Okay today is REALLY the first day of a 6 week round of PSMF. 165.4 start weight. Walk at least 20 minutes /day do the sample work out 2x week. End date June 18. Goal is to lose@10lbs.

Will chart weight daily for first week then 2x week. then weekly.

fat loss stops means its not seen because sometimes we do hold water and if we do a lot more cardio this problem becomes more .

Really started today. Too overtired from last week. Did depletion workout this am , it was great.

I can see I will probably be at 1000 cals on workout days for sure. I liked the gr. turkey burger, but it does have a lot of fat I see.


1124 protein and fat cals

36.5g fat
18g c
162.3 protein
