going into the 16 day of PSMF.lowest weight has been 165.6? had two refeeds and only one FM . rf on thu. weight up to 168. slowwwwwwww.

Scale motion is slower, but clothes are looser.

whew ok, just reading my entries from 3 yrs ago , wow.

starting 8 week rfl hopefully i have matured enough and worked through my issues to see it thru successfully.
