Diet compliance has been great since my refeed on Sunday but feeling bloated the last few days.

W1D1 (June 24 2019)

SW: 167 lbs
GW1: 145 lbs (July 24 2019)
GW2: 130-135 lbs (September 1 2019)



Plan: 4 weeks of RFL/PSMF with 2 free meals or 1 free meal and 1 refeed per week. Diet break for 1 week before beginning next round.
Macros: P: 108g C: 20g F: 20g.
Supplements: EC stack (use when needed), fish oil x 4-6/day, magnesium citrate 150mg x 2/day, multivitamin


Exercise:
full body weight training on refeed/free meal days and 1 hour of walking at least once a day
