Default Refeed amount endurance athlete

I'm just on my second cycle of ud2 endurance variation, cycling 14 hours a week closely following the book instructions. Main aim is to get leaner but retain performance for weekend races/workouts
My question is does the refeed amount change if I'm just depleting legs with hiit workout compared to full body on Thursday pm? Is the 12-16g/kg too much or can I store a greater amount of leg glycogen from 5 years of cycling training.

Did the full 16g/kg last week and felt good.
