Default Workout plan for Mon/Tues

To Lyle - In the Ketogenic diet book under the CKD section, for the Mon/Tues workout a standard tension workout is used. In your body opus diaries you said you used a 6-8 rep tension workout and did a depletion circuit afterwards. Is the approach you used during bodyopus a good way of doing the Mon/Tues workout? I'm asking for a friend who started a CKD and found the bodyopus way more tolerable. Thanks.

given what we know about glyogen dpeletion and enhancement of fat oxidation, I'd want some sort of depletino work (ala UD2) early in the week

it can come after a bit of tensino work or in place of it (ala UD2)

So something like 2 worksets and 1-2 depletion sets on Mon/Tues per bodypart and the depletion circuit on friday would be alright?

yeah, that's fine. could conceivably put tension work on Fri prior to the carb-load as well, justa bit of full body stuff

How well would glycogen be depleted if a friday tension workout (UD 2.0 style) was done and the Mon/Tues workouts were as i described in the last post?

it would depend on teh volme of depletion work done

beyond that, I don't understand the question

Doing 2 worksets and 1-2 depletion sets per body part on mon/tues (upper/lower) and a full body UD 2.0 tension workout done on friday. I wanted to know if you thought this would be sufficient enough depletion. Thanks.
