So using your Generic Bulking routine as the example would you do something like this?

Upper #1 Tuesday
- Bench Press 4x6-8
- Rows 4x6-8
- Incline Press 3x10-12
- Chins 3x10-12
- Tricep Extension 2x12-15
- Bicep Curls 2x12-15


Upper #2 Friday
- Incline Press 4x6-8
- Chins 4x6-8
- Bench Press 3x10-12
- Rows 3x10-12
- Board Press 2x12-15
- Bicep Curls 2x12-15
