Default article says that gluten causes celiac disease in healthy men.

I wondering what you guys things about this article:

Its loaded with studies that proves(?) that gluten causes celiac disease in healthy men.

Doubtful. A super rare disease suddenly everyone is terrified of and suddenly everyone has? I don't think so. This is like where everyone thinks they are overtrained but nobody is. IMO celiac stuff is 99% paranoia and fearmongering.

Also I looked at the studies. Theres a lot of maybes and mights. And theres a ton of counterevidence being that the 99.9% of people who eat gluten and don't have celiac disease are just fine and are for years.

Does say there has been an increase in celiac, but it isn't believed to be due to gluten.

And if you are concerned about leaky gut then check out recommendations for improving the health of endothelial cells.

As someone with celiac disease, I think the only reason it SEEMS more prevalent is because medicine has advanced enough to spot it and diagnose it. For a fun read, look up celiac disease and "banana babies". Anyway, celiac disease is autoimmune and inherited. It's not new to this era. I'm sure no amount of GMOs, wheat consumption, insert-current-food-conspiracy-here have anything to do with it.
