Default Water retention

Hi. After the carb-load, I usually feel fat and bloated. Then, the first depletion day comes, I keep peeing all morning, do my workout and voilą!, I'm happy again with myself.

I think all this has to do with sodium intake, which I'm afraid it might be quite high. This week I'll try to

A) lower sodium intake
B) drink more water
C) and eat some bananas, since I've read potassium helps to reduce water retention.

I think I won't drop creatine since I've read that, although it can cause some water retention, it's just at muscular level.

Anything else I should do?

Thanks in advance

If you want to shed water for an event or something drink a ton of it for a few days and then cut it in half or so. Your body will keep peeing normally because it thinks you're still going to drink the same even though you aren't. But its really a temporary thing........aside from that just lower your sodium intake I guess.

And I wasn't being a smart a$$, it really does work as I have done this several times. This little gem was by total accident, I was so frustrated at one point during my last diet about my sleeping habits (or lack there of) that I just grabbed a bottle one night and took a couple shots hoping it would knock me out and keep me asleep, which it also did. But I couldnt belive how much water I had dumped over night, very cool.....plus PSMF friendly...just have to adjust for the extra cals!

I never read into water retention stuff, since I've never been lean enough for that, so that was a serious question. I wasn't trying to challenge anybody.

I'll see if I can find the post but someone on the other forum asked about hwo to trigger a 'whoosh' (that weird water loss that leavse you several pounds lighter the next day and looking leaner) and a touch of alcohol was included in the protocol I made up
