![]() I'm on lisdex for ADHD, which is a slow release (8-12hours) dexamphetamine. I take advantage of the appetite suppression effect by intermittently fasting. Just wondering if I can get away with prolonged calorie deficit dieting as one can on Bromo? Or does the yo-yo effect of its short acting nature interfere?
