![]() For the Monday Tuesday workouts. I am following the sample workout from the book. He mentions in the paragraphs he does 5-6 sets per body part. Runs through the workout, couple minute break and then repeats. At the bottom of the sample it says "Repeat Twice" - does that mean go through the workout 3x? That would work out to be 9 sets per major body group following the 3x15 protocol.
