Added the option to input body weight in KG/LB/STONES (Thanks Deep Purple!)
Fixed weekdays (Thanks Tribute!)
Fixed protein calculation on non low days to use normal weight and not LBM (Thanks InfinityBeyond!)

Any more feedback? I'm sure I missed some stuff...

Nice man.

Question:

Why did you choose oxyelite pro instead of the recommended EC stack?

Good question... unfortunately, bad answer

From "Australia's regulatory authority for therapeutic goods"
Quote:
The substances listed below are not controlled substances in some countries (e.g. USA) and are widely available in dietary supplement preparations in those countries.

* DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone)
* Norandrostenedione
* Ephedra (ma huang)
* Ephedrine

However, under the Customs legislation in Australia, these substances are classified as either anabolic steroids or precursors and are prohibited imports unless an import permit has been obtained.
I mainly use Oxy2 because of the Rauwolscine (Yehombine) it has.
Which by the way is also not allowed here, but some stores still have it on stock

The new weight calculations are still not working. The kg, lb, and stones cells should be yellow so you can input your prefered measurement.

Can't you change the yellow cell next to the weight? I putted there the option of kg/lb/stones.

I still need to develop the macros to be shown in ounces.
What do you guys think, should the macros be shown as pound and ounces (hard to implement), or just ounces (easier)

I believe you can substitute synephrine http://examine.com/supplements/Synephrine/ for the ephedrine in an EC stack. It isn't as powerful but it is better than nothing.

Again, awesome awesome resource..... couple of questions though:

1. what if one does not know their body fat %? Is this required to calculate everything correctly?

2. when I entered in my info, it shows my fat grams for Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs as a negative number. For example -15g of fat. Is this a bug? Fri, Sat, Sun seems to display fine...

Thanks for putting this together!

D.

I'm trying to follow it out as closely as possible and I would like your input to know if I have missed some important part or I have made some calculations mistake.

NOTES:
1. ONLY change the yellow boxes on the "Configuration" worksheet.
2. See the results on the "Results" worksheet.
3. I followed the book as much as I could
4. The supplements is a list of what I AM going to take. I might include in the future features to change this.
5. Places where you see a red arrow, if you select it, it will give you a tip from the book
6. The excel is protected, so you cannot change it (so people don't mess it up). If you really want to, the password for it is: lyle
5. Please let me know if I have a calculation mistake

PLEASE: keep me updated! I put lots of effort to it and would like to have some feedback!

Updated excel is here:

You need to know your fat % to calculate your LBM (lean body mass).
If you don't know it, there are plenty of places that will help you calculate it, or estimate it. Or just put a pic of you here and someone might be able to help you.

That's how UD2 Works! just by filling the excel you loose fat!
Anyway... doesn't look right. What did you fill in the boxes? can you send me your excel file or a screenshot of what you filled?

ADK.

This is awesome. Great work! Will definitely come in handy if I ever decide to do UD2.0 again in the future.
