Default HMB Powder while cutting

Hey all!

I can't search for HMB powder using the search tool on here because apparently "HMB" is too short for the criteria to search for anything... SO!

Let me know if this has been asked before but...

Any opinions on taking 10g or so of HMB powder a day while cutting? I guess it doesn't have to be 10g, that's just what I've heard is the minimum dose...

Mind giving me some science to explain why?? I've seen a few studies that suggest it has a real muscle sparring effect, especially when one is cutting.

Garbage studies. There are 'studies' that show them to be better than anabolics. Should be a red flag

I liked it. You can get it cheap in bulk. Jacob Wilson may be a shill but im sure there are studies that were done aside from him,

The lean mass gains you see touted by Wilson is mainly water,,as you know,,bodyfat tests will pick up water as lean mass,

HMB does bloat you a bit,
The one thing i dont like about it is that it made me shed some hair after a month or so of higher dosages,

I rather cycle my calories and add HIIT (higher cals for 3 to 4 days,,,,diet 2 to 4 days) to keep or add muscle and lose fat
