Hm I'd like to amend mine. Sonic concretes instead of Chikfila, and buttermilk pies.

Interesting topic. Some ideas:

- Avoid activity and sit on the couch more (an iPad will help with this)
- Eat a lot of pasta with white sauce
- Favor processed food in general. Avoid fruits, vegetables, and anything with fiber really
- Replace water with soda. Try to drink more calories in general.
- If you insist on drinking alcohol, make sure you go heavy on the fruit juice. If you need a boost in the morning, add some coffee to your morning Baileys.
- Get kicked out of your local all you can eat buffet for eating too much.
- If you wake up in the middle of the night, drink a milkshake: a real milkshake, not a protein shake dressed up as one. In fact, reduce your protein intake as it's too satiating in general.
- Reconsider your priorities, take more moderate steps, and don't take your wife's newfound 'fat fetish' too seriously.

All my vices and weight gain helpers are basically stuff I loved as a kid and miss...

1) Cereal - Reese puffs, cinnamon toast crunch, fruit loops

my number 1 could-eat-everyday food

2) PB and Js - Not sure if the best for weight gain but dam they are amazing

3) Ice cream

4) Twix, Milky Way, sour skittles and other candy

5) Pasta

Booze:
Tons of calories
Makes you lethargic during and after
encourages horrible food choices
Strongly encourages repeat behavior so as to avoid after effects, i.e. hangover
Easily available at many price points

Yup, booze is the base on which you build your "diet". This will ensure any and all fat goes right to your gut.

I'd drink beers every night, craft beers due to higher calories/carbs, the sweeter the better, no dry beers.

Then I'd just plow through a litany of Chinese food and top it off with cheesecake(s) for dessert. These are the most calorically dense foods in my opinion.

There's nothing better than Chinese food and beer.

You realise that the Chinese are among the least overweight people in the entire world, right?
