My goal this week is 1 lb off. I wasn't happy with the results of this load this week visually. May be holding water. Feels like PMS but I believe I am premenopausal..

if you ever feel like you might be holding water due to PMS or whatever. taraxacum officinale (dandellion) root and leaf tea in combination. make like 1 litre (34 oz i think) of it and drink a lot of water that day.
helped a lot with my clients who had water retention, especially women during the cycle.
