Default Rapid , Rapid , fat loss . Advice.

I am doing a 4 week rapid fat loss. Anyone with input would appreciate it . Starting at 222 lbs@ 12>16 % fat ( based on previous skinfolds I know they are just a gauge) looking to MAX fat loss as much as possible over 4 weeks . I have protein , Omega 3s , veggies and training dialed in pretty well . Here is my dilemma, my calorie exp is big some days 5000>6000 calories ( not done purposely I own and operate a small moving company I am hands on a lot because millienials are I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.ing useless mostly but that's beside the point ).

I can easily diet on 3000 kc ( when eating whole foods) that's hitting 300 g protein day That puts my deficit at over 2000 a lot of days per week. For 4 weeks is that to much ? I am down 11 lbs in 8 days I know a big chunk is glycogen and water. My strength is fine . Should I just keep it rolling or cut back?

One last question any advice for decent electrolyte replacement? Looking at most commercial products they seem lame . I want cover basis as much as possible.

I would guess 95% of this forum is millennials and we consider ourselves all hard workers I’m sure. Maybe don’t talk smack on our entire generation and it’s the quality of your hires?

That aside your diet sounds fine if you’re maintaining intensity fine in the weight room.
