The expert in question is a former vegetarian who now "hangs" with the Weston A price crew. On her blog she reference "obesity researchers" like Gary Taubes. 'Nuff said.

Probably that the immigrants are taking all the nutrition back to their own countries.

Turns out she's more bro that we thought. Not only is it in the insulin and fructose making your fat, but the dreaded carbs and fat at the same meal! So her diet uses vegetarian carb only meals and other meals of fatty meat with a side of veggies/salad (odd considering her recent article). Her general diet idea is paleo + brown rice + yoghurt, with food combining rules, lower carb (despite the rice apparently) and several phases ala Atkins going from most restrictive to least restrictive. But no calorie counting! Because that stuff is silly.

I know a couple of the hacks that work for the mail. The mail works by generating fear, feeding ignorance to the masses and propaganda in the true nazi sense of the word. Most of the people that contribute to it flagellate themselves nightly.

S'not worth the time, truly folks. Find a better nail to hammer!

You can't spell nutritionist without using the word nut.
