Question Low-dose daily ASPIRIN vs. the protocols?

Hi there

I am having good success with the protocols so far. I have been prescribed daily, low-dose aspirin (81mg) as a preventative for pulmonary embolisms and have been taking it (sporadically) for about two years now.

I am wondering if taking it on Protocol days (Tyrosine/Yohimbine/Caffeine) is contra-indicated?

Sorry if this is a repeat question. I am new to the forum and it didn't show up on an initial search.

Thanks!

YCL + aspirin not so good idea. But you should be fine.

Because the best way to train your heart to make it stronger is to stress it to near death. Adaptation and greatness will follow.

Well, not so good idea in terms it's unnecessary, not harmful. Maybe I should have used another phrase.

It just keeps the stimulants in your system longer. It's completely unnecessary for thermogenesis. But since he needs aspirin, whatever, it should be fine.
