Default Cholesterol's influence on muscle growth and MPS

Cholesterol intake, even when corrected for protein intake, has been shown to enhance muscle growth - Menno argues through some studies.

One might make the case for a larger amount of eggs in a gaining or cutting phase - in theory greater MPS in a cut leads to less muscle loss, and obviously more gains in a bulk.

Thoughts?

Every study Menno cites is on old farts and probably just due to eating higher quality protein.

He is an idiot.

Menno only reads abstracts of the studies.
