Default More frequent urination after eating rice.

Hello

Do you guys have the same experience with that you peeing much more after eating (brown) rice?
i do!
And it is not the carbs (i think) because when i eat the same amount carbs from another source like whole wheat pasta or oats, i peeing a lot less.
Also i don't need to pee every night then anymore.

i wondering more guys have the same issue?
And whats exactly cause of this?

Is the rice heavily salted? A hypothesis:

Acute increase in salt intake ---> increased blood pressure ---> increased renal glomerular filtration rate ---> increased urination.

Or demonic possession. Never rule out demonic possession.

My salt intake is mostly everyday around 1 - 1.5 grams.
i always keep a eye on that so thats not a problem i think.

My thoughts are that rice is sucking so much water that cause more urination
But nobody mention it so thats not the cause?
