Default What diet/training should I go on ?

Here is my story:
- I'm 34 year old male
- 5'11, 180lbs and around 23% body fat
- got a gut but it is not huge
- Was at 203 pounds about 4 months ago and then started control carbs and dropped to 185. Now am on Atkins for about 3 weeks and am now 180lbs.
- Want to get down to about 10% body fat but also hopefully gain muscle in the process.
- Do not currently lift weights but want to get into it.

Before when I was 23 years old:
- Was at 160 lbs, Could see abs, could see pretty good definition. Was benching 205 lbs 8 times, and 225 pounds 4 times. I doubt that right now I can bench 165 8 times.

What diet / training should I go on ? I like the CKD and do have the discipline.
Is this what I should go on ?
