Default Week off whilst cutting?

Training 2x pwk atm following Lyles GBR (upper lower split) having reduced vol and freq. by 2/3rds.

In a steep deficit atm roughly 1.5k under maintenance (going by body weight x 15) consuming 1300 calories daily. Still keeping same weight on the bar and consuming at least 1.2g protein per pound of LBM.

I'm in my final 2 weeks of this cut and finishing work every day at 8pm just makes it so tiring to go to the gym.

Feeling lazy and fatigued - can I take one week off or will that illicit a fair loss of muscle mass? If it's negligible fine but if it's considerable I guess I'll just have to go...

Anyone?

Gut it out if you can. Think of it this way - you only have 4 workouts left. After your workout, only 3 left, then 2.......

But yeah, as to your ultimate question - I don't know. But just me spitballing, I can't imagine you losing a large amount of muscle mass in 1 week.
