If your worried about punching power you can only increase it so much. They say in boxing you are born a big puncher plus it can be overrated. That's a conversation for a different day. Mayweather(pretty much all of Floyd ko came in the 90's before reaching top level) and Tim Bradley will NEVER be knockout artist. In boxing some aren't born with certain gifts but they know the fundamentals and have a great boxing IQ. And many of the have made it real far and HOF. Also In boxing if you have natural talent and fundamentals suck you will get exposed sooner or later. Not sure how much of this applies to your sport.

Also kick banana trees like the kids in Thailand that do Muay Thai. That will keep your shin strong and prevent injuries lol.
