Default UD 2.0 caffeine/"fat burners" intake

With regards to the attempt to minimize caffeine/ephedra etc during the carb load( impair insulin sensitivity).
Along those lines, are there optimal times to ingest those products?
Im mostly curious with late am workouts.
Assuming an eleven am workout and "thermos" are taken upon waking, 1-2 meals and then the workout is performed, would a 2nd serving of said product be detrimental in close proximity to post workout timeframe/meals? (approx 1:30 pm)

I wasn't sure if the extra stimulants would affect the meal immediately post workout or the stressors or the workout would be compounded.

Thank you for any feedback and or any direction/studies you can point me in

optimal?

how about before your workout and then no more. Why would you want extra stimulants after your workout?

I am reasonably sure the book discusses this in endless detail.

Lyle
I have purchased quite a few books that arrived this week.( UD2, stubborn fat, rapid fat loss and applied nutrition for mixed sports)
I guess I wondering what you would consider "small amounts of caffeine" ?
Would 2-3 cups of coffee spaced through out the day be ok or would you advise against?
Thank you, appreciate your time

Just don't take E/C during the high calorie days because it causes insulin resistance.

Use them for dieting. As far as I recall, caffeine is fine for high calorie days too.

Get to 10% bodyfat first while lifting weights heavy 3x a week with reduced volume. Two weeks maintenance. Bulk up slowly (1 lb weight gain per week max), focus on getting stronger, measure body composition changes often.
