which means I will indeed not make a lot of gains now..
Which is not that much of a surprise regarding my current numbers I can Bench 110kg for 8 reps, squat 140 for 8, deadlift 180 for 3x5.. I dont think I will be able to add infinite weight on these exercices
Time to switch to golf..
