Would a hydrolyzed protein be benificial before or during a workout, opposed to after, because it's able to feed you aminos at a faster pace?

Lyle I would also like to know your thoughts on this:

Seems the vast majority of studies conducted on hydrolysates point to it being superior than regular proteins.

Degree of Hydrolysis and di & tri-peptide % is something that needs to be taken into account as well. Not all hysolysates are created equal...
