Default high uric acid catabolic in muscle tissue?

Hello

i have maybe little weird question.
i have a long time some knee pain and i was testing myself couple weeks ago with a low purine diet.
Result: kneepain decrease.
Then i increase the amount of purine high food
Result: kneepain increase.

So now not sure what to think about this.
if someone have a injured knees, is high purine foods always increase pain or is this only with people they have gout or arthritis?

also i noticed that when i was eating a low purine diet, i was deloading at the same time and my strength plummet fast after a week.
So could it by that high uric acid levels cause big catabolic effect on muscle?
