well you could be missing the ability to feel pain like most normal people !!

All kidding aside - I thought sets were supposed to last 45-60 seconds, not 30-45 seconds.

And not sure why your shoulders/calves seem to be half the time of everything else when it should be the same.

This would put your totals at :
Chest/Legs - 18 minutes
Rows/leg curls - 18 minutes
curls/triceps - 12 minutes
shoulders/calves - 18 minutes

total - 66 minutes

I have done high volume training before UD2, so nothing new to me. I just can't find in the book any reference to where the sets has to last a minute. Lyle is very specific about the total reps and the rest period, but nowhere does it mention a minute per set.

45 to 60 s is def there, not 1 min exactly. says something about a rep taking 3-4s tempox 15-20 reps..45 to 60 s

That's what I remember from the book.

Lyle stressed time under tension. This isn't flailing around with the movement. Much more deliberate.

Do 15 - 20 reps for this time period and you will indeed feel the pain after an hour +.
