Default My first try: is the result okay?

I did 7 days of the protein diet from the book. My average daily caloric intake was 1100 kcal and average expenditure 2000+ (according to the Fitbit bracelet).
Average proteins 165 g, fats 21g (not counting Omega3), carbs 53 g (all coming from fibrous vegs and diary, vegs between 500 and 1000 g daily).

Weight dynamics(kg) 58.8-57.9-57.6-57.6-58-57.6-57.6, so i kinda stopped loosing after first 2-3 days.

Activities: 45 min jogging-1h fullbody workout-45 min jogging- 1h fullbody workout-45 min jogging-5 h walking-1h fullbody workout.

Hunger was not a big deal, however I suffered from sleep deprivation, took sleeping pills during 5 working days and had to drink some milk during the night on weekend to be able to fall asleep again in the middle of the night. Moreover, my brain was working very bad compared to the normal state. I think, both problems are coming from the lack of carbs.

Initially I planned to diat 10 days (cat 1 person), but now I think I stop at 7 and will gradually add carbs to the maintenance level during the next 3 days. Maybe it will stop water retention if any.

After reading the forum, I see that the diat is not good if regular cardio takes place. Which plan will work better? I would love to loose about 2% more fat.
