Default Weight watchers - Eggs

What are your thoughts about whole eggs on the expanded 0 point foods from weight Watchers?

Iím not doing weight watchers, just more curious how theyíve come to this conclusion, as you can eat as many 0 point foods as you please.

And, no, Iím not concerned with the yolk or cholesterol hysteria, just moreso the calories in general. They have salmon on there, too. Neither salmon nor eggs are relatively low or zero calorie from a cal/g standpoint.

Maybe itís some voodoo with their marketing; or has there actually been some revelation from a scientific standpoint?

Well, no. You can easily get fat on eggs. If they're boiled eggs, it's not likely anyone would want to eat enough for it to be a problem.
