Default Cold Cuts

Are cold cuts and deli meats discussed in the Protein book? What is the general feeling about lets say turkey cold cuts?

not in massive detail as tehre just isn't much to say about them

can be good sources of protein,may be very high in fat depending on teh cut, generally very high in sodium

boars head Cajun roast beef (PCF= 14/0/2 per 2 0z)
boars head Londonport (PCF= 14/2/2 per 2 oz)

turkeys are even better.
