Default Varying or static protein intake?

Lyle, in your book you recommend different protein intakes for different circumstances - like if the athlete does endurance training, strength training or is inactive, and if he eats maintenance, above maintenance or below maintenance.

If a person is on a recomp program, with mixed training and both above maintenance calories and below maintenance calories during the week, should the protein stay more or less static on the highest levels (because he is training weights on some days, and protein synthesis stays elevated for 36-48 hours), or should he vary the intake on the different days?

For instance a male (70kg, 10% bodyfat) with a schedule like this:

Mon: Weights + High calories (Protein = 3g/kg x bw)
Tue: Cardio + High calories (protein = 2,0g/kg bw)
Wed: Cardio + Low calories/almost PSMF (protein = 3,0-3,3g/kg bw)
Thur: Weights + High calories (Protein = 3g/kg x bw)
Fri: Weights + High calories (Protein = 3g/kg x bw)
Sat: Rest + High calories (Protein = 2.0(?)g/kg x bw)
Sun: Cardio + low calories/almost PSMF (Protein = (protein = 3,0-3,3g/kg bw)

If he did weigths + low calories/almost PSMF: (Protein = 4,0-4,4g/kg x bw)
If he did rest + low calories: (Protein = 2,5g/kg x bw)

3.0-3.3g/kg on all days (4,0-4,4 if he trains weights on low calorie days)

static, highest levels although I'm damn sure I addressed this in the book when I talked about how protein could be set on non vs. non-training days (by using aroun workout nutrition to modulate indtake). Actually, I know it's in there. go read that section again
