I am doing it because I enjoy my meals a whole lot more when I have more freedom with my fat and I don't particularly give two hoots about the lack of starches (for now anyhow, I tend to go in cycles with these things). I'm not craving outside of what I satisfy with a free meal once per week.

The results come from a regular deficit everyday, how I portion out the macro's in my 1600 cals is really irrelevant unless you are trying to get into competition shape.
thanks clear and right to the point though wouldnt a diet with hight carbs but same amount of calories be less effecient if fatloss is the goal?
