Really enjoying the diet. I am sure I am doing a lot of things wrong , but the basics are there. I think I set myself back on the day after the refeed. I had 400 carbs. I ate some bagels that day. I am content with a lb a week weight loss. I factor in rest and "regularity" when I do my weigh in on Tension Day (pre carb load) and I am at lb a week.

My body isn't looking very muscular to me right now , but I am going to keep going until this 6 week cycle is up , take the break and keep going. In the book it says it may take a few cycles to fine tune things , so I am ok.

My goal is to get out of the 160's and I am in week 3 now so I will see if 5lbs is possible.

UD2 can do some voodoo body recomposition so I would be less focused on the scale weight as long as you are hitting your calories and macros. I would focus instead on some body measurements that may be going down while the scale remains steady like waist and hip circumferance.

Waist is steadily shrinking (26 inch), hips not so much... 40.5

Re feed was a little off the rails as far as carbs. I ate a lot of hard candy and a bag of Smarties in addition to bagels and animal crackers. Back on deficit today, Power Workout this am.
