Default Fat Intake & Joint Pain?

Does Fat intake have any effect on joint pain and/or recovery?

Asking this because been eating lower fat for awhile and been noticing a persistent elbow/tricep pain since doing this (Inflamed not recovering).

Could this just be coincidence? I know it could just be multiple factors that cause this issue I understand, (Training, Mobility, Recovery/Sleep)

But during this time I noticed this and has not resolved since eating LOWER FAT diet.

Is this just a myth and doesnt play a role at all or does the amount of Fat you intake affect recovery and keeps the joints "happy" lulz

Not a coincidence IME. I always end up with joint issues with prolonged low-fat diet. Especially fish oil helps joint issues tremendously.

Couldn't agree more. When I first started out on SL 5x5 I found my elbows in particular were aching quite badly, regularly. They felt dry. Discovered fish oil, and now I take 10-15ml a day of a certain branded one from a certain online shop, and I've not had any similar pain since (over 12 months now).

Yeah I'm on ERFL and the other bone is pretty much fractured and broken only after a couple days if not due to diet, but also due to many hours of exercise in a given day.
