Default Uncomfortable feeling around abs, sides and lower back after squatting?

Usually on the day or day after I have done squats ( I squat 3x a week though so), my whole ab area and sides feel very uncomfortable. It's not DOMS, they just throb. It's difficult to sleep on my front as my abs feel very tender but the biggest problem is that it's difficult to sit in a chair without it being uncomfortable.
Does anyone else have this problem/know what the problem is?
thanks.

You don't need to go to the doctor for soreness.

Clearly it was bad enough for you to make a post about it on the internet. If you don't like the way it makes you feel, you could stop doing it.

Making a post about it on the internet does not entail I think it is a big thing. Just wanted to see if anyone knew what it was as I could do without it.

Is squatting a new exercise for you? Is weightlifting in general new to you? Are there any irregular lumps in your abs? Is it only squats or do ab exercises also cause this feeling? Are you cutting your body in half with the biggest baddest powerlifting belt on the market?
These things could help with suggestions and opinions.
