Default Anybody know what is bad with below workout ?

- do fully body intense weight lifting workout once a week, training to failure on final set for each exercise
- after workout for next day and a half load up on carbs ( and some protein )
- for rest of week simply eat mainly fat and protein and do low intensity
cardio for like 1 hour a day to burn fat

Idea here is that low intensity cardio will not use any carbs, only fat,
so that the come time the weekly high intensity workout rolls around your muscles will still be loaded with glycogen. Also I'm hoping by doing a carb load
after the intense full body workout this will help the muscles grow more,
but giving them great insulin spike for 1.5 days.

Depends what a 'full body intense workout' actually means.
